Haha! I have a “no eating our pets” rule here. So I name everything as soon as we get it..We have a couple chickens that Will keeps threatening to send to “freezer camp” if they don’t quit eating their own eggs. LOL! He would never do it, tho, he’s a softie like that….
Monday
It was too cold and gloomy for me to ride my bike today. Will is a badass so he went running anyway. The girls and I opted to stay inside and we did the Biggest Loser Challenge on the Wii. We laughed as hard as we worked out. I discovered that Elli is very encouraging saying “you can do it mama!” and “dwink some water”, whereas Ally kept telling me my avatar looked...
Dance Then, Wherever You May Be...
Tonight is the dress rehearsal for the girls’ end of the year dance recital. They both are taking hip-hop and clogging. It is going to be presh. Expect lots of photo spam…you can thank me later. Ha!

Is boring! Oh and a little pushy. I’m getting our last freebie oil change from when we bought the car. The service writer tried to be slick and say they had me down for a tire rotation as well. I said no just the free oil change. No sooner had the tech taken it back when he comes to the waiting room and asks again if I wanted my tires rotated. I again declined at which time he tells...

To my lovely wife, Amy. I’m pretty sure she has spent more of her life with me than without me at this point. I love her so much and like a good bottle of wine, she only gets better with age.

So. I haven’t posted anything much of “substance” here at W&ADL in a while. I think we all know that this blog is all about the “Do Life” as much as it is exercise and diet, aka all the family pics I treat ya’ll to, It’s a public service I provide. Ha!

Yep!! I am sure Will would be glad to share. We got them under extreme protest from him….Haha!! We had a pair a couple years ago and I just loved them. Elli is in love already. I swear I think she is going to follow in your footsteps, there is not an animal she doesn’t love! Congrats on the half! Awesome job!!

Getting a pedicure and the girl doing it is not very talkative, so I will talk to yall instead….my feet were tore up from all the walking at Disney but I’m happy to report that the orthaheel flip flops I bought totally saved my feet from the plantar fasciitis. If you have problems with that, I highly recommend them. I am a total fan now. Best shoes ever. I wore them all week and no...
Saddest
Ride everrrrr….headed home but had a fabulous time. No complaints and at least it will be a short work week! Thanks to everyone that put up with my Disney spam all week. To the five people that unfollowed us, if you don’t have Disney in your heart, we probably didn’t want you reading anyway. Hahhaha! Just kidding, I know it ain’t everybody’s thing…hope everybody...
